Consultations with Dr. Kay are always free! All we require is a $100 reservation fee that will be applied towards your procedure on the day of your visit. (Advanced procedures require a $150 reservation fee).
Beauty consultations include before and after photos, a full beauty evaluation, and recommendations for future visits. Please expect to spend a few hours with us!

Step 1. Schedule Your Appointment
Please contact the office by telephone at (626) 316-7033 or submitting a pricing inquiry by clicking here. As part of our cancellation policy, we require a reservation fee to hold all appointments. Payment may be accepted via telephone with any major credit card. All reservation fees are considered a credit towards procedures, facials, or products. Deposits are non-refundable unless appointment is cancelled within 48 hours. Refunds subject to 10% processing fee. No exceptions.
Step 2. Initial Consultation
Meeting face-to-face is a very important component of every appointment in our practice. It is imperative that Dr. Kay has the time to assess your needs to ultimately ensure your experience is customized to fit all of your beauty goals. Depending on your desired treatment(s), begin treatment during your initial consultation. Regardless, we ask that all patients allows at least 1.5 hours with us so that we may provide you with a valuable experience. While we take busy schedules into consideration, tending to your goals and needs is of the utmost importance to us. Step 3. The Procedure
The fun part!
Dr. Kay’s team is highly efficient when it comes to your needs and beauty goals. Nerves are normal, but you are in perfectly capable hands. Just sit back and relax. Most procedures will involve our extra strength numbing cream unless patients decide it is not for them.
Step 4. Aftercare
You may expect some swelling, bruising and redness directly after any injectable procedure. Few patients experience irritation at the site. Applying ice and massaging the area is the best way to avoid any complications. If any concerns do arise, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible via e-mail or telephone. E-mailed photographs are always helpful when it comes to diagnosing issues from afar. Our patients care coordinators make an effort to reply to every inquiry in a timely manner. Once the swelling has diminished, we know you’ll love you gorgeous results!
For patient financing, we accept payments with cash, credit card, or CareCredit.
Clients will make payments upfront; we do not offer financing or payment plans. We accept Brilliant Distinctions and Aspire Rewards as discounts towards qualifying cosmetic treatments. Upon making your appointment, you will be required to pay a $100 reservation fee over the phone ($150 for Sculptra Butt or Injectable Rhinoplasty procedures). This fee will go towards your procedure on the day of your treatment. If you choose to cancel your appointment, we can refund the reservation fee if you provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice. We will need to charge a processing fee.
