Mole Removal & Biopsy

Mole removal is a procedure that can be done for either cosmetic or medical purposes. Maybe you have an unsightly or potentially cancerous mole. We can remove the tissue from your skin, and also test for malignant cancer cells.

A skin biopsy is the removal of a portion of the skin to help diagnose a medical condition. There are three types of biopsies: a shave biopsy is the removal of the outer skin layers, a punch biopsy is the removal of a round piece of skin, and an excisional biopsy is the removal of the entire area of skin being examined. With one of these types of tissue excisions, your sample can be sent into the lab to be examined with quick and accurate results.

Scar Revision

Along with common procedures to treat or diagnose skin disorders, or to remove unwanted moles or skin tags, we also take care of the cosmetic appearance of scars. With traditional surgical methods, or with the help of our advanced skin laser, we can make any scar or area of damaged skin aesthetically pleasing to your eyes. Each individual patient's situation is different, and requires its own approach to achieve the desired results. Please schedule an appointment, so we can discuss which option is right for you.
